We’ve been busy preparing to get back to work and making sure staff and client safety is our priority.
We have implemented new policies which adhere to industry and government guidelines.
These will be constantly reviewed and updated along with announcements from the government.
Appointments can be booked by phone.
We ask you to attend on your own, no children or friends to wait for you in the salon.
We will stagger client and staff arrivals.
We will take your temperature on arrival with a non-contact thermometer.
Staff will have theirs taken too. We ask you to arrive at reception with a face mask.
You will be shown where you can wash your hands.
All treatments are performed in an enclosed treatment room 121.
We will use disposable equipment where we can and if not we will clean and sterilize equipment after each treatment.
There will be no food or beverages provided.
There will be no retail testers available.
You can purchase products via reception.
We have allowed an additional 20 minutes between each appointment for areas to be cleaned.
We have ‘sneeze shields’ and hand sanitisers.
Our reception team will work side by side with space between them.
We have removed magazines and brochures.
Staff will have appropriate PPE for their role. Masks, gloves, aprons and face shields. You can still expect a high standard of safety.
